Losing our property virginity

This is our new home!!! We close on Oct 29th and we couldn't be more excited!

I added a few pics with my favorite features from the house. This kitchen is one of them! Granite counterops and stainless appliances! Even a little breakfast bar!

This is the living room with the brick fireplace I fell in love with! I can't wait for it to get chilly out so hubs and I can watch movies and eat popcorn in front of the fire!

Garden tub! I have ALWAYS wanted a separate tub! I am looking forward to installing some floating shelves with candles and bath salts for amazing bubble baths!

This is our backyard! This house definitely had the biggest back porch of all the ones I looked at. The size of the backyard was also important since we have Macy! I cant wait to see how excited she will be playing in it!

So that is our house!! It was a long weekend without the hubs going to get it. Thankfully, my dad (who is a real estate appraisor) was able to come with me and help me get the best deal possible. I really think we did! We never thought we'd be homeowners at this stage in our life, but we are now and we are so happy!! Come visit! :)
